Administrative Assistant (m/f)
For our respectabile Client, an international company and a world leader in its industry, we are advertising following position:
Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Our Client is looking for a responsible individual to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including support to Management Board and Clients, assisting in daily office needs and managing Company’s general administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Bosnian languages.
If you have previous working experience as a Secretary or as Executive Administrative Assistant, and you are familiar with the corporative system, our Client would like to meet you.
- Making travel and meeting arrangements;
- Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems;
- Answering phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments;
- Planning meetings and taking meeting minutes;
- Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers;
- Supporting finance and accounting unit;
- Booking travel arrangements, and performing other usual administrative tasks.
- At least 2 years of working experience in admin unit in corporative environment
- Excellent proficiency of MS Office (with focus on Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and high stress management skills
- Fluent in English language and local language
- Driving License (3+ years active driver)
- Regular pay package
- Six months employment contract with possibility to be extended
