Our global client has chosen DDC as the business partner on the new data entry project, therefore DDC is looking for Customer Support Agents who possess knowledge of English language.
Customer Support Agents for English Language (m/f)
Location: Sarajevo
Main responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
- Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via email or our website
Experience and skills:
- Graduation from high school of possession of a high school equivalency diploma
- Excellent reading, speaking and grammar skills of English language is a must
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Good knowledge of office terminology, procedures, and practices
- Good knowledge of the operation and use of a standard alphanumeric keyboard
- Ability to make comparisons
- Identify and correct errors
