On behalf of our Client, we are advertising the following position:
Deputy Managing Director (m/f)
Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Position description:
- Closely cooperating with the Managing Director and implementing agreed strategies and objectives.
- Leading and managing teams and middle management coworkers, and demonstrating exceptional leadership style.
- Preparing annual and semi-annual reports, focusing on the balance sheet and income statement.
- Ensuring that all aspects of business in area of responsibility are operating smoothly and in compliance with international standards, country regulations and relevant professional standards.
- Determining and making business decisions within the framework of the company policies and job description.
Requirements:
- Master or advanced degree, preferably in technical profession.
- At least 3 years of experience in area of managing a production company and proven results in leadership and process management.
- Interest in technical issues, problem-solving experience.
- English or German language – Proficient.
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work without close supervision, possessing target- and solution-driven approach.
- Highly skilled in leading people and managing teams.
