Dispatch & Operations (2 openings)
Location: Sarajevo
Hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 - 23:30h - (1 opening) ;
Monday to Friday 18:00 - 02:30 (1 opening)
What does this role look like?
You will be responsible for up to 100 drivers. You will need to multi task, prioritize, and communicate
with drivers, customers, and coworkers.
Job Entails:
- Manage a board of up to 100 drivers
- Clear and effective communication with coworkers
- Clear and effective communication with other departments
- Clear and effective customer and driver support
- Bidding on loads via email and phone
- Bidding on loads using different load boards
- Saving and dispatching loads
- Preparing and sending all paperwork
- Answering messages, emails and phone calls
- Problem Solving
Location: Sarajevo
