Program Manager (f/m)

Tuzla Area, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Position description:

Program Manager is responsible for general management, operations leadership, program development and administration of the program. Program Manager is responsible for reaching strategic goals and bringing positive change to the mission.

Requirements:

Master or advanced degree in Social sciences - psychology, social work, or economics and law
Experience in managing people and processes
Able to lead people with genuine sense for leadership
English Language level – Proficient
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Ability to work without close supervision
Analytical, presentation and planning skills
Highly skilled in leading people and managing teams
