Reporting Specialist
to join our team in Banja Luka and Sarajevo!
Role:
The Reporting Specialist’s main roles, but not limited to, are to
1) Monitor the results of APS’s Operational Departments by preparing reports and analyzing KPIs, trends and other figures and
2) Manage the local recovery systems. So, if you enjoy managing systems and working with data in order to extract principles, correlations and causality we are offering you a career opportunity for developing your analytical and technical skills.
Responsibilities of the job:
➢ Creating and implementing reports for both internal and external clients;
➢ Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements for new
application developments or updates of existing system functionalities;
➢ Managing / setting up functionalities / processes in the existing systems;
➢ Analyzing business requirements and translating them into reports and analysis which lead to
potential results improvements;
➢ Constantly optimizing and automating existing reports and processes;
➢ Checking the accuracy of extracted data according to the specifications of existing business;
➢ Developing daily / weekly / monthly reports and interpreting them as per the client need;
➢ Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and informing management to any performance
issues; proposing corrective measures;
➢ Creating and updating user documentation and standard operating procedures for the existing
or newly created reports and system developments.

O zaposleniku
➢ University degree;
➢ At least 2 years of experience in the operational reporting area;
➢ SQL knowledge is considered a plus;
➢ Ability to work under pressure and to follow strict deadlines;
➢ Ability to communicate in a professional manner;
➢ Ability to perform both independently and in a team environment;
➢ Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision making and conflict
resolution skills;
➢ Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (especially Excel);
➢ Fluency in English, written and spoken.
