Senior HR Manager (m/f)
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment process and ensure the tracking system of the recruitment process and compile monthly reports,
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human resources,
- Oversee HR-related administrative duties and ensure they are compliant with existing legal and government reporting requirements develop and monitor overall HR policies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization,
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues while nurturing a positive working environment,
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirements,
- Serve as the primary source of HR knowledge in response to employee and/or supervisor requests, be well versed in DDC MLS HR Policies, and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports as required,
- Work with the Senior Management team to determine workforce needs, identify human resource and competency gaps, and devise a development and workforce plan to facilitate roles and staff retention,
- Manage, train, mentor HR team; create detailed plan to build capacity for every member of HR staff
- Maintain an effective negotiation process and harmonious employee/employer relationship,
- Periodically conducts audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards (GDPR and ISO standards),
- Other duties as assigned by Managing Director
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Manager
- Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others
- Experience in personal development, planning and individual, team and process performance management
- Proven experience in reading and understanding documentation written in ENGLISH and specific language required for their job position
- Experience in recruitment and staffing
- Good knowledge of HRIS systems is preferred
Knowledge and skills:
- Excellent reading and grammar skills of English language is a must (minimum knowledge at B2 level)
- Graduation from bachelor’s degree or possession of a university equivalency diploma
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Display confidence when dealing with people, with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
