After Sales Technician (m/f)
If you are a good problem-solver who enjoys interacting with others, working as a After sales technician could be your ideal choice.
Your Main Responsibilities:
-Be a technical expert on Hansgrohe products
-Provide technical support to all sales channels
-Manage customer claims: provide daily support including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions
-Resolve technical issues as quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively as possible
-Establish post sales care after installers and key stakeholders
-Advise customers and our sales teams on best practices
-Work together with our service partner network support

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Qualifications:
-Professional education in a technical field, preferably in plumbing (Secondary degree or higher)
-Fluent in Croatian and English language (Written and oral). Basic knowledge of Slovenian would be a plus
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in a technical sales or technical position (sanitary business experience would be a plus)
-Computer literacy in MS Office / CRM usage / SAP usage would be a plus
-Customer care skills
-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
