Commercial Administration Assistant (m/f)





For our respectable Client, an international company and a world leader in its industry, we are advertising the following position:
Location: Sarajevo
Our Client is looking for a candidate with experience in administration and finance who will be a member of the Commercial-Planning Department.
The candidate will be responsible for administrative duties for the Commercial part of the organization, supporting budget activities, using systems/applications when needed, and providing support in creating Shopping Card (SC) requests and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Performs administrative duties at the company level; makes sure that requests for POs are aligned with contractual obligations and cost estimates; monitors and supports stakeholders from other departments in creating action plans for all open items;
- Collects, consolidates, and analyzes data from various sources to prepare reports and analysis following defined procedures; provides documentation for internal/external audit if necessary and participates in the preparation/control of reconciliations and stock checking;
- Organizes and coordinates the administrative part of activities within the Commercial Budget team; participates in the preparation and monitoring of budgets of the Commercial part of the organization and input into the system;
- Manages and organizes documents within the team, including tracking, documenting, and archiving contracts, invoices, payments, and other obligations; provides support in checking monthly postings and processing invoices/expenses;
- Provides support to ensure maximum data accuracy during month-end closing; participates in the verification and preparation of monthly accruals and further communicates adequate data to the finance and controlling team.
- College/University preferably in Finance/Administration
- Excellent oral and written English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office packages (especially MS Excel); preferable knowledge of working in SAP, Power BI and budget/planning tools
- Preferable: 1+ years of experience in administration and/or finance
- Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- Good communication skills;
- Agility and willingness to learn.
