On behalf of our Client DMG MORI’s regional office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, DEKRA Arbeit BH d.o.o. is advertising the position of:
Field Service Engineer (m/f)
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Main tasks:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of DMG MORI machines at the customer’s premises
- Diagnostic and ordering of spare parts required for machine repair
- Travelling and supporting customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and support to customers in area of Croatia and Serbia (per need)
- Communication with support in the factory
- Preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing repair information
Your profile:
- Educational background in mechanical/electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation
- Several years of proven experience in the operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics
- Operational experience with machine controls from preferably Siemens, Heidenhain
- Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship
- Business level of verbal and written communication skills in both Serbian and English, German is a plus
- IT skills (MS Office)
