Recruitment Manager for CEE (m/f)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Recruitment Operations: Lead recruitment activities across 3 countries, ensuring consistency and compliance with local market dynamics and organizational goals.
  • Leadership of a Diverse Team: Supervise a talented team of 8 recruiters and 2 sourcing specialists, driving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Implement innovative recruitment and reporting processes while optimizing recruitment systems, ensuring all activities align with established standards and best practices.
  • Strategic Development: Develop customized recruitment strategies for each country to address specific market trends and enhance talent acquisition.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor the performance of recruitment teams, ensuring adherence to defined targets and KPIs to drive successful outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and optimize recruitment budgets to allocate resources efficiently and achieve a high return on investment.
  • Sourcing Coordination: Lead sourcing strategies, collaborate with service providers, and direct the creation of compelling content for social media to strengthen employer branding.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports, providing valuable insights into trends, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Business Development Support: Support business development by creating and presenting tailored proposals to potential partners, fostering growth and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in recruitment and sourcing with a focus on high-volume and diverse hiring needs.
  • English C1 level proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong data analytics skills to assess recruitment trends and optimize strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and motivating teams to meet ambitious recruitment goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the labor market and understanding of recruitment challenges across multiple regions.
