Daikin Europe is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd. and the leading provider of heating, cooling, ventilation, air purification, and refrigeration technology. The company designs, manufactures and brings to market a broad portfolio of equipment, as well as tailor-made solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
For the needs of our Client, we are advertising the position:
Location: Sarajevo
- SPOC - single point of contact (telephone + email) for service-related topics in BiH (Genesys-CEC)
- Development of "Dealers" service knowledge/capacities
- Online service support - share service documentation, analyze of service recordings, technical hotline - with support of colleagues from Zagreb
- Job side service support when needed - education of partners (procedures, tools...)
- Actively follow the execution of agreed service activities from start to end, evident open issues, and escalate if needed
- Support Daikin partners for the selection of spare parts
- Development of SPN (service partner network) capacities
- CQM meeting attendance - meeting where product/service-related information's are shared from Daikin factory
- Attendance on regular Service Operations meetings with prepared overview of provided and planned activities
- Translation of documents from English to Bosnian and via versa
- Work experience in technical field or service environment is an advantage
- Customer minded and commercial sense
- Friendly and professional telephone attitude
- Good planning and organizing ability
- Willingness to travel
- Flexibility and stress resistance
- Languages: the ability to use a English language in speech and writing
- Computer skills (MS Office package, Salesforce knowledge is an advantage)
